Every page of the book that asks you to write has a page in here, laid out properly, with the room the mission actually needs.
Reading on Kindle? This is where the writing goes. Reading in print? Take it anyway. It means you never have to write small.

How to use it
- Print it, or don't. Print the whole thing, print a month at a time, or keep the PDF in whatever notes app you already use. All three work.
- Find today's day number. The journal runs Day 001 to Day 365 in the same order as the book.
- Write it down properly. Not in your head. The difference between thinking it and writing it is most of why this works.
- Sign the ones that ask. Twelve contracts and twelve month gates. Promises you don't sign are promises you don't keep.
Why it exists
The book asks you to write something almost every day: the excuse in your own words, the promise signed and dated, the score kept honestly somewhere you can't quietly edit it later.
On a screen there's nowhere to do that. So the writing moved here, and it's free, because charging you twice for one book would be exactly the kind of thing this book tells you to stop tolerating.
