LEVEL THE F*CK UP
How Do I Balance Mind, Body, Relationships and Work Without Dropping One?
You do not balance life areas by trying harder at all of them; you balance them by seeing them together. Put mind, body, heart, grit, craft and spirit on one chart, score them at checkpoints, and a neglected area shows up as a dent in the shape long before it becomes a crisis. Level The F*ck Up runs six stats on one hand-drawn chart for exactly this reason: the chart is an early-warning system for the part of your life you stopped feeding.
Balance is a shape, not a schedule
Nobody balances life by allocating hours. You balance it by noticing early when one part is collapsing. Six stats on one chart makes the collapse visible while it is still small.

Score together, work separately
Level The F*ck Up scores all six stats at every checkpoint, then gives each area its own level of quests. Seeing all six prevents blind spots; working one at a time prevents burnout.
The dent is the message
When the chart shape develops a dent, that is next month’s level. No guilt required. The system routes attention to where it is needed, which is what balance actually means in practice.
Zoom out for the lifetime view
Six stats over a year is the campaign. Eight domains over decades is the lifetime, and Lifetime Blueprint is the sibling built for that scale. Related: how to run a life audit.
Level The F*ck Up
365 day-numbered quests, six stats, twelve boss fights, one hand-drawn chart. Your year as the campaign it was meant to be.
How do I know which area of my life is being neglected?
Score them all at once, on the same scale. The low one is obvious on a chart in a way it never is in your head, where the busy areas drown it out.
Should I work on all life areas at the same time?
No. See them all, then work on one or two. The chart tells you which; the levels give each its month. Trying to lift everything at once lifts nothing.
