STEP THE F*CK UP
How Do I Change My Life Without Blowing It Up First?
The dramatic version of changing your life, quit everything, move, reinvent, mostly produces the same person in a new location. The version that works is smaller and slower: one kept promise a day, for a year. Identity follows evidence, and evidence is built daily or not at all. Step The F*ck Up structures exactly that year: 365 numbered pages, one mission each, two minutes of reading, and a person at Day 365 that Day 001 would not recognize.
The reset fantasy
New city, new job, new person: the fantasy skips the inconvenient part, which is that you commute along in the moving truck. Change that holds is behavioral, and behavior only changes at the speed of days.

One kept promise a day
Tiny and non-negotiable beats impressive and occasional. The mission format keeps promises day-sized: a conversation had, a page written, a debt paid at, a walk taken. Keeping them is the identity work; the size is irrelevant.
Say it out loud, feel like an idiot, change anyway
Every page ends with a spoken line because spoken commitments recruit the body. It feels ridiculous for a week. Somewhere around Day 40 it starts sounding like the truth, because by then there are receipts behind it.
Zoom out twice a year
Daily reps change the year; measuring changes the decade. When you want the whole-life view, Lifetime Blueprint is the instrument: the year books move the numbers, the Blueprint records the arc. Related: life goals bigger than resolutions.
Step The F*ck Up
365 numbered pages of blunt daily practice: one truth, one mission, one line out loud. Two minutes a day, and Day 001 is whenever you open it.
How long does it actually take to change your life?
About a year of daily evidence, which is faster than it sounds: most people spend five years planning the weekend version. The year works because it is made of days small enough to survive.
Where do I start if my whole life needs changing?
With one domain and one daily action, chosen by where the pain is loudest. Everything at once is how nothing changes. One thing daily is how everything eventually does.
