Aura vs Rizz: What Is the Difference?
The short answer: Rizz and aura get used together so often that people assume they are the same thing. They are not. Rizz is charisma in a conversation: how you come across while you are talking to someone. Aura is presence and character: the impression you leave when the talking stops, and whether your word holds up.

Why one without the other fails
Rizz with no aura is the guy who is charming in the moment and unreliable the next morning, and people learn that fast. Aura with no rizz is the reliable guy nobody notices, which is a smaller problem but still one. Charm gets you the first conversation. Character gets you the tenth. Most of the internet teaches the first and ignores the second.
Which one to work on
If you are under twenty-five, probably both, in that order: rizz has faster feedback and builds confidence, then aura compounds over years.
